DO I HAVE TO CREATE A PHOTODAY ACCOUNT?

Yes, for the safety and privacy of our clients, all customers must create an account. This helps prevent unauthorized access to your photos. Accounts also allow you to keep all your galleries throughout the year in one place, track your order history, and more! If you already have an account, your information will be seamlessly transferred.

WHERE IS THE "BUY" BUTTON?

Your gallery has a Favorites feature – simply tap the heart to add images to your Favorites Tray at the bottom of the page, then hit the Shop button when you’re ready!

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE IT'S BEEN PLACED?

No, our lab processes orders immediately after payment, which means orders cannot be canceled or changed once you check out. The system guides you through your selections for each product added to the cart and provides a detailed overview before you complete your purchase. If you have any questions or special requests, please contact us prior to checking out. While we may not be able to assist with changes after payment, we understand that mistakes happen, so please let us know if something is wrong, and we will do our best to help.
